This release is focused around an overhaul of the means plot
feature.

Added

• Means plots: Added the ability to display means as bars (in addition
  to points).
• Means plots: Added bootstrap percentile error bars, with a
  configurable number of bootstraps.
• Means plots: Added support for multiple grouping factors – split
  along the x-axis by a second factor, and into separate plots by a third
  factor.
• Means plots: Added the ability to join means with a line across
  levels of either factor, coloured by the factor key.
• Means plots: Added group colours driven by the factor key.
• Means plots: Added customizable gaps between and within groups.
• Means plots: Added separator lines between groups.
• Means plots: Added the option to draw error bars on the outer side
  only (when displaying means as bars).
• Means plots: Added separate vs. common (pooled) variance options for
  error bars.

  the output worksheet when applicable.

• Means plots: Made the means respect the factor key order.

• Bootstrapping: Fixed bug when number of samples is 1.
• ColourControls: Fixed bug so that ColourControls display differently
  when they are disabled.

This is a maintenance release that adds support for new licence types and fixes a small bug in the in-app documentation.

• Help Docs: Made links open in default browser instead of inside the help itself.
